Howdy! My name is Chase Waggoner and I'm a 25 year old resident of Lebanon, Missouri. I'm a graduate of Lebanon High School (Class of 2001) and Missouri State University (Class of 2004) where I studied History and International Management. Since April of 2006, I have been serving the people of Lebanon as Ward 1 City Councilman. After growing up in the Orchard Hills subdivision, I've lived in downtown Lebanon since 2004.
I am a strong Christian and a long-time member of Phillipsburg Christian Church (Phillipsburg, MO). I'm also an officer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Currently, I'm the Flotilla Commander for the Springfield, MO unit, as well as the Officer-In-Charge of the Lebanon, MO detachment. I've previously served as the Flotilla Commander for the Sunrise Beach, MO (Lake of the Ozarks) unit. My hobbies include sports (especially football), road trips, movies, computer gaming, vintage cars, aviation, boating, and military history. I'm an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Cubs, and Springfield Cardinals.
I enjoy watching and/or playing baseball, softball, paintball, hockey, tennis, basketball, and shooting sports, however football is far and away my favorite. I'm a former college football player, having been a kicker for one season at Westminster College (Fulton, MO). I distinguished myself as having scored one point in my career by kicking an extra point against MacMurray College (Jacksonville, IL) on November 10, 2001. I was also given the chance to spend two seasons as the Special Teams Coach for the Lebanon High School 9th grade football team in 2002 and 2003. I've helped coach in two football camps and played Flag Football throughout college.
