"We are Slow, But It Is Worth The Wait"









~DO you recognize the music and ~Grandma's Home~ graphics? If not you have missed the GREATEST Homepage on the Internet! And if you have visited her home be sure to return as something new is added all the time.~

~This page is to honor ~Grandma~, she has no knowledge I am doing this. About two years ago I got a Webtv unit and the FIRST Homepage I read was ~Grandmas~, the FIRST guestbook I signed, the First thank you e-mail I recieved, the FIRST Cyber-friend I had and what a friend she turned out to be.~

~We "talked" sometime until 4 A.M. as cyber-friends we talked about life and her Homepage, she said I should write a Homepage, that she would help me get started, she put the graphics on top of my Domestic Violence Page, which appears above this dedication, she made me an Award to give out to good Sites~

~She was one of the FIRST to sign my Guestbook with these comments: ~Grandma~ My URL:http:// "has changed since then" My Email:grandma@pcpros.net Your Favorite Homepage: Why Yours Of Course! Comments: Hi Lloyd: I love the new page!! It really suits you.. I have really enjoyed my stay here!! This site is excellent! Looks like all the hard work finally paid off! Good Job! It is obvious that you have given great time and effort to their creation! I just LOVE your graphics and Midi !!! I have bookmarked your page for a return visit! It is always a pleasure and very exciting to visit a page that shows such good taste! Keep up the good work, and don't be a stranger, come on over and visit ~Grandma~! ~She made up and gave my site it's FIRST Awards, what A honor!~





~Grandma~began having problems with her former server over use of a poem someone had given her to use as their own, it turned out that the server "cut her off the web", her Homepage was no longer there. As EVERYONE knew of her great site, I started a E-mail campaign to flood them with complaints World wide. I contacted her server about what type of person she was, a Christian who would not knowingly do what they said, that she asked my permission to use part of my Domestic Violence Page, that she was bringing them business with over, 10,000 visitors to her Site. They activated her site again but it did not last long.~

~The stress of pesonally answering EACH piece of e-mail and guestbook signers and visiting their sites and the late hours on the PC making her site better and better (hey that sounds like me) and her site was again off the net, her mailbox would not recieve mail, What had happened to ~Grandma~?~

~It was a very long time befor I heard from her, she had a stroke and was recovering slowly, a prayer chain was started and later she was allowed on her PC TEN MINUTES a day. Her site remained off the internet, her letters were far and in between, then one day she signed my guestbook again. ~Grandma~ is not related to me, but I have "adopted" her, Sweets I luv ya your a true rose.~
