Nova's Information Station

Ah, so you are the curious type, eh? Alrighty then, I shall dazzle your senses by demonstrating my vast accumulation of knowledge. (Hey! Whoever said that sarcasm wasn't allowed?) Course, you'd probably rather hear about Nova, eh? Oh, well. Maybe later. This is what I have collected in the way of everyone's favorite cotton-candy-headed-and-pointy-eared friend.
Nova is special in the sense that she was not included in the manga. (Another case of anime-only-characterism.) However, CLAMP did design her. She bears an uncanny resembelance to Hikaru in that she casts fire spells and apparantly possesses a catty personality. I think the pointy ears quite give that one away. But ironically, it seems that she absolutely hates Hikaru's fire-flinging guts. She's always dissing on the poor girl and trying to kill her and stuff (nothing too serious, or anything). She also has a mashin named Regalia. Here's a pic of her inside of it, and looking rather sinister. (It's a thumbnail...)

Nova also appears to be rather touchy-feely. I mean, she's always all over someone, from what I can tell. I'm talking like, 24-7-365. Let me demonstrate.
Notice something a little more uncanny bout those pics knowing of her ardent loathe of Hikaru? I thought so. I actually have no idea why she's so fervent with Hikaru all the time, eventhough she apparently hates her. Remember, you're the victim of an amateur while you're here. I do, however, know that it may be based on the spoiler info. BUT I'm really mean, so I'm gunna paste up one more pic before telling you all about it. Behold! Nova is in love with Lantis! That's so, incredibly cute! Unfortunately Lantis has the hots for Hikaru, sooooo... just look at da picture.
Ok. I suppose putting it off for much longer would be considered a futile effort. So I shall tell you the spoiler info about Nova. Ready? This is a shocker. It’ll knock your socks off. Alrighty, I’m gunna tell it. I’m gunna do it! And no one can stop me!! Here ya go… This is the wondrous, mystical, magical spoiler info…
Nova=Hikaru
Got that? Good……… Okokokokok. I’m just kidding. I’ll tell it to you a little better than that. Nova is really an immaculately concepted entity born of Hikaru’s sub-conscious mind. Got that? No? Ok, I’ll try to explain it a little clearer. When Hikaru was forced to kill Princess Emeraude at the end of the first season she did not want to do it. It was not a pleasant experience for her. And we have all learned that in anime, no matter what, killing always, always ends up resulting in something tragic for the killer, no matter how just the cause may seem. Hikaru has proven this theory yet again. You see, when she killed Princess Emeraude (oh hell, the girl cried too much anyways…) it touched her deeply. It tore her to pieces. It turns out that Nova is actually a part of Hikaru that so grieved killing Princess Emeraude, it stayed behind in Cephiro. This was Nova… and she was lonely, since she was only half of a girl. Then the crap started happening (puh-huh-huh-huh). Debonair found Nova and brainwashed her into thinking that she would be happy if Hikaru would die. Sooooo, that’s why she’s always trying to off Hikaru and crap. But never fear! In the end she discovers the truth.
