Sometimes I do things a little extraordinary. Sometimes I wish I did.

Just so y'all know, the first picture was taken in March of 1986 when I was almost four years old. The center picture was taken by my friend, Isaac (his website is listed on my links page). That itty bit of white in the right hand corner is Mt. Hood; and the small grey blob in front of it is a Portland "skyscrapper." The third photo is of me at a Drag Dance on campus during late April 2003 - I went as a pimp. It was a lot of fun, that dance. My friend, Jacob, won for best drag costume. Since you tried this page, I suppose you want to know a little about me. I can do that.

My name: Sarah, My nicknames: Cracky, Cracks, Cracka, or any variation thereof (as of sometime in 08/2001), also Frigid Bitch, Silly Woman and Pussy (all given to me by Jacob) My age: 21, My location: Forest Grove, OR.

My greatest passion is art. Specifically film. Even more specifically the creation of. (I watch films like a mofo, too.) And, if you wanna get right down to the nitty gritty specifics, the genre of animation. Experimental. Stop-motion, claymation, pixelation, etc, etc. I'm thinking this is what I'll pursue career-wise. Portland is the place to be for experiemental animation and I love the city.

I am a forth year student at Pacific University in Forest Grove. There are about 2200 people at our school, including graduate students. Small. I like it though. Our mascot is the Boxer... no, not the dog. It's an Asian fighting dragon type thing. With the face and torso of a dragon, hind legs of a dog, hooves like a pig and a horn like a unicorn. And get this, he has a flaming tail. I know, too cool, right? I used to hate it... but I've grown to love the guy. He's unique. I am majoring in Film Production with a minor in Art, emphasis in photography.

I like downloading and listening to music, going to concerts (though I haven't been to any in over a year, its' terrible), buying CD's, ect. My favorite band is Counting Crows... and Red Hot Chili Peppers and Our Lady Peace are close runners up. If I had to pick my favorite song by CC, it would be "Perfect Blue Building." I love watching and critiquing movies and when I'm not working on projects in school, I usually try to keep another film oriented project going, most recently the 48 hour film project. I keep a film journal in which I record my thoughts on movies I've seen and ideas I have for films I want to make. I enjoy writing poetry, personal essays, short stories, and most recently, screenplays.

I own four fish. Two angelfish, Diablo and Thug, a plocostomus, and a red beta named Congac because he lives in a giant brandy snifter. Fish are so hard to get pcitures of or else I'd allow you to feast upon their aesthetic glory. I was also fish-sitting for two koi this summer, Ichiban and Bob. Their tank was HUGE. Other than fish, I'm not big on pets. Sounds heartless, I know. I've had some people tell me that fish aren't pets because you don't interact with them. I beg to differ. During my Team Oregon course the instructor was trying to make a point about hitting the softer object if necessary (i.e. squirel-slaughter over giant yellow Suburban) and he was trying to find a animal or pet that the class sympathizes with. I make some comment about it being easier to hit a squirel over a cat. He asked if I like cats. I said, "Not really, I like fish." Yeah, the whole class laughed.

I also love communicating, journaling, motorcycles, bodies of water, the human form, color, trying new things and meeting new people.
