Sometimes all that is needed is a gentle, caring, and trusting person that they can talk to without feeling like they are being judged.  First of all get them calmed down and talking see if you can help if you can't know when and how to get help for that person.  Its easy to find out where the nearest Suicide Hotline is for your area and it may save someone close to you.

    Also there are alot of places on the internet that have phone #'s of places that offer help some of them are free of charge.  Within the next few days I shall add a small list of homepages that offer such services so that you can look at them also I shall add the warning signs of someone that is at risk for committing Suicide.
