A dangerous rescue mission is necessitated when Matt Daniels (Mark Dacascos) leads a team into the Philippines, where terrorists are hiding. When Captain Amy Jennings (Theresa Randle) is shot down, it's up to Daniels to venture into highly dangerous enemy territory, dismantling the terrorists' bio-weapons while he's at it.
