PRIMARY & SECONDARY SCHOOL! When I was at it, I wanna leave, but now I'm away, I miss it much. It stores MANY fond memories.
I was a VERY naughty girl. However, first few days of school was lousy. I cried like mad. Being a girl that had NEVER been away from my family not even for a single second (except for toilets), school was horrible. No family members around me and I didn't know a single person in class. I don't understand what the teachers were trying to tell too! When I think of this, it's kinda humiliating. Friends that remembers me from then will not stop talking about it. Anyway, after a while, I got used to the idea and could finally start enjoying it.
I was transfered after a year to the school my mum was teaching. That was terrible. Being under my mum's nose all the time, I had to be a good good girl. Teachers were old friends which I can't offend or my mum's going to know. *SIGH*
When I went to secondary school, it was another new beginning as I went to a different school from the rest of my friends. Except for one, which was at a different class. I felt like how I felt at the first days of primary school, but this time, I got a new talent.
FRIENDS SEARCHING!
Form 1-3, I was in the second class, called K class. We competed with the first class (A class) A LOT. The most memorable one was during form 3, for an oldnewspaper collecting. We went all the way, collecting newspaper from all over the place. BUT, this only started after a good lecture from our form teacher, Ms. Khoo Mei Lee. Lectured us about being in a class, making it a memorable class since it was the last year together and all, it really started the fire in us. HOWEVER, being the second class, we still were behind 3A, although we got the chance to lead for a while.
Form 4! We thought World War III was starting. 4 Science 1 was then made out of partially 3K and 3A with a few 3E students. In class, 2 obvious groups was seen. One of 3K and one of 3A. Still a little rivalry (positive type though), we learned to coorperate and slowly, the barrier dissapeared. We set up stalls to sell ice-cream and stuff for that year's open day. Not forgetting the 'ROLLERBLADE center' that we set up in the new hall of the school (top floor), which we invited the TRM (Team Rollerblade Malaysia) to perform. This great idea turned scary as a customer accidentally knocked a piece of glass from the window which then fell all the way to the ground floor due to gravity of course, exactly on a very unlucky guy. We were VERY lucky then since there weren't any big fuss about it and the guy only had a cut on his head. We were terribly worried though when we saw police but they weren't coming for us *WHEEEW*.
FORM 5! This time, we were one instead of two. Being the senior of school and the supposedly best class (Science 1), we were also popular for being the noisiest among all. The open day that year was normal, we set up some eating stalls, but the 'INTRUDER ALARM' was invented (by WEI THENG). For those in class at the time, hehe..... it was REALLY fun making others blur. ANYWAY, we all struggled hard for SPM. The year ended with a class BBQ party in our class monitress's (WEE SZI) house. Each of us then went our own way, some to colleges, some to other countries and others to form 6. A site was set up (by CHEN FENG) later in 1998, which is now the place for all of us to get together and learn about others in class. Those interested can visit Convent Klang's 5G, class of 96. In September 1998, we had a reunion in AMATA Restaurant, which not all attended but was really great. And like usual, were NOISY.
Also, in form 5, we had a temporary teacher from US, which gave a bad first impression, but at last, turned out to be fine. He's a good fwen now too or a big bro, Chor Yin. Again, I wanna say thanks for helping me through physics. I don't think I can find a better teacher at that time to compare with what you have done for all the form 5s of Convent 1996. THANKS MAN, MISTER CHIA! hheheheheh.... Here's his picture =>
MY FWENS! In form 1-3, I was with a bunch of multiracial fwens. Started up with Fiza, Maria, Sheena, Vinitta, Sharifah and me, ended up with just Fiza, Maria, Vinitta and me. Although we had some fights and all, and some are not in talking terms now (which no one knows how it ever started), it was kinda fun. We lost our bags in form 2, mess around a lot but one thing that never came into our mind was to study. Now, from what I know, Vinitta and Sheena is in form 6 facing STPM (all the best fwens), while Maria left for United State without any notice and Fiza in a local University.
In form 4 & 5, we normally spend time in a big group, consist of Chien Tze (in International Medical College now), Huey-Mien (in UK studying law), Mindy (in New Zealand on full schorlarship), Wei Theng (in KDU taking law), Shirley and Lay Yong (in Form 6, facing STPM - ALL THE BEST) and some others. HOWEVER, those that are closest to me are Wei Theng, Shirley and Lay Yong. Thanks gals, for being there for me all the time. I LOVE YOU ALL.
