From the sea raise historical Croatian arms and above them is the sun. In the lower part bundles of grain spikes are joined and interlaced, so their composition surrounds the base of the anvil. Between the top of the spikes is a five-pointed star with a golden lining, which has its lower legs directed to the field of the coat-of-arms.
