The Constitutional Ammandment LXVI on the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Croatia, adopted on July 25, 1990

1.

The coat-of-arms of the Republic of Croatia is the historical Croatian arms, foundation whom consists of 25 red and white fields.

2.

The flag of the Republic of Croatia consists of three colors: red, white and blue, with the historical Croatian coat-of-arms in the centre.

3.

The form and description of the historical Croatian coat-of-arms, the flag, as also words of the anthem of the Republic of Croatia, also usage of those symbols of the state are ordered by the law.

4.

Item 1. substitute Article 6, item 2. substitute Article 7, and item 3. is supplement of the Chapter I of the Constitution*.
