The Ten Club(also known as the Vitalogy Health Club) is Pearl Jam's official fan club.  By joining you get all kinds of things such as newsletters, you can enter contests, you can order really cool "member only" stuff, and all kinds of other things.  To join it costs $5 if you are living in the U.S. and ($6 in U.S. currency ) if you are living outside the U.S.  You can also call to join.  The Ten Club phone number is (206) 728-7078.
