Samantha 7

Columbia

This is the first solo album from Poison guitarist C.C. Deville and I have to say it is much better than I thought it would be. Not only does C.C. play guitar on this album, he also sings which is a surprise. He is joined on the album by Krys Baratto on bass and Francis Ruiz on the drums. This is a very good rock and roll album. It is the way rock albums should be. The grooves and hooks are infectious. Just one listen to "Framed", "I wanna be Famous", or "Slave Laura" will have you singing along. CC.'s sense of humor comes through on this album especially on "Bonnie Bradley". I have have to say this album makes me happy. If I had to describe this album in one word it would be FUN!! Go out and buy it you will not be disappointed.
