"Escape"

How I wish I could see the world thru your eyes,
The lush green valleys and soaring eagles in the skies,
The deep love that you possess for every living thing,
From the lowly insect to the complicated human being.
The happiness that you bring to everything within reach,
Blankets me with warm emotions like waves embracing the beach.
Oh! How I wish that I could see the world thru your eyes,
And for once escape reality to a world full of love without lies...

"The Masterpiece"

The torrential rain has dwindled to a light mist,
Raging winds has turned into a whispering breeze.
The bright rays from the sun is piercing thru the clouds,
Peace has again returned to this beautiful green valley.
And once more you can hear the wonderful sounds of life.

The soft rustling of the leaves from the trees around you,
Birds of sorts singing, little animals scampering about,
In the distance, the faint trumpeting of a bull elk,
The loud echoes of two rams locking their horns,
Close by, the splashing of fish, the buzzing of bees.

What harmony this beautiful, picturesque scene portrays,
With it's majestic mountains, filling in the background.
It is a living masterpiece, a work of the finest art existing,
Every single detailis done to perfection, even the flaws,
What more could you ask for, after feasting your eyes on this.

Just look around, and seek the simple pleasures of life,
For all around you, in every direction, there is a .....
"MASTERPIECE"

"Untitled"

Let us not be weak and succumbs to the preassures we are now experiencing,
Let our minds be permeated with all the good things we ever spoke of.
The world is full of unhappiness and bitterness, we tend to get caught in it.
We must try to break the bond that controls that part of our emotions,
And free ourselves to enjoy all the pleasures we are entitled to.
With our minds, we can escape into a land where just you and I exist,
Without this power to enter the land of fantasy, we would go completely mad.
Be forwarned, we must know the difference, or be driven to insanity,
The love we share, gives us the power to see the difference and seperate them.
It gives us the power to keep loving inspite of the pressures we encounter,
We are the source of strength for each other, destroy our love and we die.
The love we feel for one another can never be tarnished or destroyed,
Because we know how to love and we love with understanding....

A New Dawn

Balmy breeze, soft billowy clouds, a slight misty grey,
golden linings, warm lighted streaks peeking thru.
A new dawn is awakening, a beautiful brand new day,
moisturizing clear dew drops, wash away the sleep.
Anticipating good things, yet prepared for the worst;
time swiftly goes by and all goes well as anticipated.
Then darkness settles in and blankets all and everything;
it is time to rest and sleep, before the next new dawn.
Hoping that all will go well as the day just passed;
wouldn't it be wonderful if life and love could be as simple?
No! for life would be a complete bore without new challenges,
and love would not be worth holding, being so easy to attain...

How Much You Mean To Me

My heart is just bursting with love for you.
I am truly stumped, for I don't know what to say or do.
How can I possibly express how much you mean to me.
Without you or your love, I practically cease to be.
Is there something mystical about this thing called love?
Or is it a rare blessing from someone high above.
I sense it in my soul and feel deep within my heart.
I felt that our love was beautiful, right from the start.
Whenever I think of you, I feel this very warm glow.
And I am not afraid to let my inner most feeling show.
