Here are some pics of some props and such that I've produced over the years for various purposes.

Sting, from The Lord of the Rings This piece was specifically produced for my good friend Marcel Landry. It is the latest edition to my prop works. This piece is made from one piece of wood, the basic shape cut using a bandsaw and the rest with a small hand planer, sander and a dremel tool.
Sword Again, made for my good friend Marcel. This was produced from a stock piece of wood, cut using a jigsaw, hand planer to create the beveled edge. the blade and base are painted with the same silver spraypaint, but the base recieved a "dusting" of black to make it look unpolished. The "stones" are self adhesive ones purchased at any local craft store or a decent dollar store.
Klingon Belt Buckle As appears on the costume page as part of the NEW klingon costume I designed. This is made from just a piece of plywood and split dowel balls. Once put together and glued in place, the whole thing was sanded well and sealed with laquer before applying the silver spray paint.
Tiny Bat'Leths These are about a foot long each and usually done as a pair. When I was involved with KAG Kanada, they were quite a popular item. They again are cut from plywood and sanded and sealed before painting.
Bat'Leth Another really popular item from my days with KAG. And once again, simple plywood construction. A must have for any aspiring Klingon warrior. I'm not allowed to keep mine in the house anymore.
Klingon Power Leech One of those "odd" things only true Trek nerds would appreciate. This again is just a wooden prop, the tips coming off of a set of cheap "c" batteries. Just for reference for those out there trying to place it. It appeared in "Star Trek, The Voyage Home". It was the device Checkov needed to draw power off of the "Nuclear Wessels".
