The Mental Calibration
The overall process is quite simple: you just have to stop and think about your life, strongly, firmly, deeply.
Once you feel in your mind the whole of your life coming in, try to focalize one particular moment of your life (e.g. your first love, your first job, etc.) and concentrate on it.
When you remember all about this moment, concentrate on the people who were participating at that time, and choose one of them, focalize him, remeber his attitudes, remember the times you saw him.
Then, concentrate on one particular, precise, time you saw him. Do you see yourself with him ? Do your remember exactly what were you doing ?
Ok. Now try to focalize only one action you were doing with him. Remember the movements, the words, the place where you were. Were you talking loud ? Soft ?
Now it comes the difficult part. You should have to remember at least one phrase you said at that time to him. It doesn't matter what kind of phrase. When you remember it write it in a e-mail at this address and the Mental Calibrator will tell you more about your life, about your work, and about your affections.
