Like Green Lawn, this Catholic cemetery borders on the baseball stadium. However, the light towers which can been seen above the trees nor the heavy traffic an the bordering Mound St. detract from the atmosphere. Few trees interupt the rows of stones; this lends a somewhat bleak, sun-pounded atmosphere to this cemetery. The bleak atmosphere is alleviated by the personalities of the monuments, many of which display porcelain portraits.
