LIAM SPEAKS

Oasis star Liam Gallagher has broken his moody silence in a exclusive interview with Bizarre - and it made sense! In his first interview for six months, the bad boy of rock abandoned his usual swearword-littered ramblings and was fascinating and polite. And when my snapper took his picture he didnt even respond with his customary V-sign.

Liam spoke out as never before about his love for wife Patsy Kensit, his joy at brother Noel's secret wedding in Las Vagus and the bands third album "Be Here Now". The lads are currently in New York preparing for their upcoming U.S. gigs when fans will get their first chance to hear the new Oasis tracks. But 24-year-old Liam took time off to tell Bizarre reporter Sean Hoare of the bands plans to set up their own record label and discover the new Oasis.

the millionaire rockers are to launch independent Helter Skelter Records - named after a song by their idols The Beatles - an a bid to beat the big corporate companies to the best new talent. Heres what the new look Liam had to say about life :

On the label :
We're going to set up Helter Skelter Records and we only intend to sign the best bands around. Right now there arn't many good groups about. We want to find someone who is as good as us. The only band we like right now is Verve and we're only interested in signing the best of the best. We're not interested in average groups. We think we can dig out some great talent and find groups with potential like we had when we started out.

On Meg:
Meg is a brilliant girl- Noel and her are so happy. I'm made up for our kid. Meg loves him and she really cares for him. I cant see anything getting in the way of those two. They are perfect together and it is a great that we both managed to slip off quietly and wed in private.

On The Album:
It will blow everyone away. The third album is the boss. It is simply to tops. The new single is like something Led Zeppelin would have done. It has got really heavy drumming and heavy guitar. If you thought the last two albums were good, then this one is simply brilliant. Nobody -and I mean nobody will be disappointed.

On Noel:
It's excellent that we are both married men. We are both really excited about things and the new album at the moment. We have arguments like everyone else but I am so pleased for him getting married. He can be annoying but I am sure I can be sometimes.

On Gigging:
I can't wait to get back up on stage next week and start performing live again -I'm mad for it. It's brillaint to be back with the lads and be back on the road again. The is what Oasis is all about - music and having a good laugh. We will be playing our new single "D'Yer Know What I Mean", which lasts seven minutes, and two album tracks for the first time at the San Francisco gigs next week.

On Patsy:
I love being married and we were both so disappointed when our big day had to be cancelled because of all the fuss. We we're really looking forward to it but we got there eventually. I adore Patsy and her little son too. It's something that people just dont seem to understand. We are so in love and happy together. I've never really felt like this about anyone before and I miss her like mad when we are not together.

On Take That:
I can't stand Gary Barlow - he had a go at me and Patsy in an interview. I hate his guts and the next time I see him I might hit him. Robbie is the only decent one from Take That.

On Spice Girls:
I really like the girls and it's great what they are doing in the buisness. I'm chuffed at their success. They have got alot of attitude and are refreshing. They seem like nice girls too.
