Please find here the complete wiring diagrams you might need for connection of your ToneChaser circuit (click on the respective thumbnail to open in a larger size).

Main diagram (with master volume only)
Main diagram (master volume including push/pull switch for active/passive selection)

If 2 pickups are going to be connected to the circuit then you'll need to choose one of the following options, to be used in conjunction with the previous main diagram:

2 volume controls
2 volume controls + 1 switch
1 blend control
