Hello, everyone!

I thought that since I started this Air Supply webpage I should put up a personal page of my own to let everyone know a little bit about how I came to be an Air Supply fan.

I guess it all started in 1981. The first song that really caught the attention of my High School friends and I was "Every Woman In The World". We mainly listened to Air Supply in the car on our way to and from where ever it was we were going. Would you believe that my first Air Supply album was bought on 8-track tape(remember those??).

Anyway, the summer of '81, I graduated from High School. It just so happened that was the same summer Air Supply played in concert in our area for the first time that I know of. They played at Six Flags over Mid America and we had to bribe a friend of my cousins to take us there to see the shows. A one hour trip took us almost 3 hours due to road construction on the highway. I didn't think we were ever going to get there. But we did and as it turns out, it was well worth the trip. From then on, I was hooked.

I'm now "fourty-something" and I'm still listening to their music. I now plan my vacation time around Air Supply shows, fan days and Girl Scout events. I'm not sure how many miles I've traveled or how many states I've visited but I'm sure, and I know this for a fact, there are fans out there that have out traveled me, by far. How do I know this? I've met quite a few of you!

I love the sincerity of these guys. I love what they give us as far as their music goes. Russell, in my book, has the best voice of any singer in the business. And although it has changed somewhat over the years, he's still THE BEST to me! And Graham's talent for writing songs, singing and producing the music we all love will never be rivaled by any other writer. And that's not all. They now have what I consider to be the most talented group of guys traveling with them: Mike Zerbe, Jed Moss, and Johnny Lightfoot. These guys are, in their own right, great musicians with unbeatable talents. They add so much to the band. And as I have witnessed, all of the members of Air Supply go out of their way to not only entertain us on stage but also find time to sign autographs and pose for pictures after the show is over. You don't find too many bands out there today that will do that.

In closing, just let me say, that whoever you are and where ever you come from, the music of Air Supply has brought so many of us together. I've made many friendships via the internet, because we all share this common bond. A love for GREAT music - The music of AIR SUPPLY!!
