EXTRA! EXTRA!

*Well the American tour is under way. It began on July 8 in Charllote North 
Carolina, and their planing on covering about 30 stops between July and 
August.


*There is an "All Access Video" out already since June. It includes the making 
of the "Everybody" video, and the "As Long As You Love Me" making as well,some
exclusive video clips for the new video,live concert footage and a CD Sampler
which includes "Darling" live in concert and some new arists from Jive.


*They did an interview on July the 8th on MTV News.


*On July 11th there was a concert on the Disney channel.


*Aaron, Nicks brother, is doing the opening of their american tour.Ain't that
cool, the buisness of entertainment runs in 2 families, the Carter family and 
Brian and Kevins family.


*If you want to get posters and pin ups and stuff you know where to go, BOP,BB
16 Magazine, etc. Lately they have been getting lots of exposure there and 
with the american tour  you'll get to see great pics even if you don't go to
the concerts (that's my situation).


*The guys appeared LIVE on July 16 on the Yahoo chat network at about 5:00pm.


*The guys were interviewed on the new MTV Show FANatic.It was a short interview
 but they were gorgeouse like always.And they sang accapella to put the incing on the cake.

the guys will be there to chat up the place. Here are the dates:Tuesday July 28 at 7:15p.m ET, 
Tuesday August 11 at 8:15p.m ET, Tuesday August 18 at 7:15 p.m and last but not least on

*Watch the Backstreet Boys Fave videos countdown starting at noon on MTV.
 Imagine 5 hours of the guys, and they will also 
be answering questions provided to them via e-mail. The address

*There is a great contest on the official BSB site in wich you
have to gues who is being described. First you submit your answer
and at the end of the month you will find out the pool of winners
with the correct answere and the luck to be chosen out of hund-
reds on entries so GOOD LUCK!!


*The boys recently did an article for "Rolling Stone" Magazine. It's one of the best interviews
 they ever had and it gives us an in depth look at the boys.


*Well the guys have a new album out there. It's called "Millennium". The CD is great.
 Two song are written by the boys themselvs, The Perfect Fan by Brian and Back To Your Heart 
by Kevin. It's awesome, you HAVE to buy it.


*The new world tour for "Millennium" begins June 2nd in Belgium. During the fall season they 
will cover the US & Canada. And in the begining of the year 2000 they will hit South America.

*The boys recently did a 2 hours special on MTV where they shared with fans, answered a bit of
 trivia, showed us their "Millennium Ad campaign", and just basically gave us a preview 
of what the future hold for them and for us the fans.


*A webpage was created by the BSB Bands Keyboardist Tommy Smith. It has all the reall news 
your need to know. He updates whenever it is possible for him cuz he's just as busy as the boys.

***The boys have set a new record in the record sales! In the 1st week of release for "Millennium" 
they sold 1.13 million records, toppeling Garth Brooks 6 month old record. They are now enjoying
 the #1 spot on the Billboard top 200. WAY TO GO BOYS!!


*The boys did a Disney Special which will air on July 10th and 11th. They have also done TV appearances
in the following shows (some of them will be eventually reruned): PPV Concert, Coming Back 
Home; MTV's FANatic (new episode), Rosie O'Donelle, Backstreet TV (new episode), Saturday Night Live 
(new episode), All That, 21 Hottest Stars Under 21 (only Nick), World Music Awards, Nickelodeons Kid
Choice Awards, TRL, Entertainment Tonight, and many more on Much Music and MTV Asia.
