Aerosmith's History
A small band from Sunapee, New Hampshire, Aerosmith was formed by Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and Tom Hamilton. They then got Joey Kramer and Brad Whitford who were friends with Steven. Aerosmith moved to Boston and worked very hard for little money. They finally got a record deal in 1973 with Columbia. The record didn't do too well. After going on a few tours they finally got a break. Their records finally started selling. By 1976 their records had gone platinum. They got played on the radio and things just went uphill from there. After 28 years America's Greatest Rock'n Roll band is still kicking. They have released over 12 albums and all of them are great. They are awesome in concert, so if you get the chance go see them.
Aerosmith in Concert
Aerosmith is AWESOME in concert. I went to a show in September of 97 in Atlanta. It was great, they played old, new, and semi-new stuff. It was great. Joe Perry went off on some awesome solos. The band sounded great and played great, even though it was a cold and wet night. Their stage was cool. It had giant cobras rising above the stage and cats on the side. They put on a great show and I wouldn't hesitate to see them again.
