What did 1998 mean you?
1998 was a pretty tough year for me and the band. We had 3 tours cancelled...none because of us...and we spent the year playing showcases and club dates that seem to accomplish little. Hopefully 1999 will be better.

Album of the Year?
That's a hard one, but I really liked Radiohead's OK computer.

Movie of the year?
That's easy. Saving Private Ryan.

Person of the Year?
Bill Gates...for giving 100 million dollars for worldwide child immunizations. There's many more I could mention, but that was one that stood out. He's also spends a lot of money on numerous programs for needy kids.

Wanker of the Year?
President Bill Clinton.

What were you drinking in 1998?
Miller High Life.

Where have you been on Holiday in 1998?
I haven't had a holiday in several years

There were none worth noting.

Sure Shot is one that I like.

Wierdest Fan experience of the year?
I don't have too many weird fan experiences. But I'd like some.

Steve Earle

Most extravagant thing you bought this Year?
A saddle for a pony.

Most trouble you got yourself into this year?
Opening my big mouth at the wrong time. Too numerous to mention.

Titanic, ace or arse?
Didn't see Titantic. I already know the ending.

What will you be doing on Christmas Day?
Christmas day I spent with my family. Pretty boring, huh?

What is your New Year's Resolution?
My New Year's resolution is to not worry about things I can't control. I have a real problem with that.
