Okay, you will probably notice this is messy ... I may find time to clean it up sometime, maybe not. Trade info underneath is far from presentable but I've an idea to put some nice JavaScript and forms around it someday

Around medievia

Fiocco's early years were spent exploring the immediate area of Medievia city. Known then as Fuoco He wandered through the forbidden forest, being completely lost in here was not unusual for him and although the creatures here are dangerous to a young untrained warrior he was not discouraged.

The Goddess Lena christened him Fiocco when he came of age and appeared several times to help when trouble arose .. in the Labyrinth, and elsewhere.

pray "Oh Great Gods of Medievia I abase myself before you. I plea for approval for my name. Baptise me Fuoco that I may continue your worship. Amen."

The Graveyard was at first a frightening place where flight was oftentimes more advisable than attempting to fight the evil spirits. However over time Fiocco has learned how to survive, indeed even how to overcome all the evils of this place.

The Great tree had much attraction for Fiocco but he was overcome on several trips to the Castle and also on a luckless visit to the Labyrinth and Goblin castle, when Fiocco was lost and unsure of his path back to Medievia. Fiocco vows to return and revenge himself on these evils ... after training himself and gaining experience with lesser evils.

Teaming up with others on occasion Fiocco flew to Thalos and Drow city and to The Preserve. The group in Thalos fought well together only to be ambushed and broken by the golems guarding the temple with fiendish lamias. Decimated, some dead, others badly wounded, they went their seperate ways, perhaps to meet again sometime. Jenko, Leif, Dulin, Meander.

The cleric? Poesje was recognised as having a name familiar to Fiocco's ear from where he lived for a time. A friendship was struck up and Poesje introduced Fiocco to animal hunting in The Preserve. Other players were met and teamed up with for a while. The exploring at first was fun and the preserve offered an idyllic place in which to hack little beavers, etc. to death ... but be warned ... this is a dangerous place and the wolf was the bane of our existance. He arose and rampaged through us killing several of our number. Again demoralised and weakened we went our seperate ways.

After some trips south through the wilderness alone Fiocco entered the Labyrinth and survived a while there through teaming and flee-ing the worse evils. Further south through the wilderness Fiocco went where he discovered Riverton, the Rangers Cabin and the monastry of Braneri. The dwarven mines of Riverton proved dangerous but interesting to explore.

After this period of wandering alone Fiocco looked into trading. One day, on first discovery of the Rangers cabin, Fiocco bought a mule and took a shipment of ivory to medievia. Prices not being great there was merely mediocre profit from this venture ... however after investigating prices and more travel Fiocco developed more profitable routes which could be managed, until more experience was gained. Helped by such kind merchants as Barnwalf.

Not without dangers though were these trade-runs and especially on the earlier trips where Fiocco was unfamiliar with the tactics of the bandits and goblins tempted by valuable cargo. There were times when Fiocco barely escaped with his life, fleeing, leaving exhausted mounts behind ... barely arriving to the trading centre in time to escape his foes.

Fiocco recuperated at times by exploring new areas ... also prospecting for trade-routes. The academy of Braneri proved to be a restful and eccentric holiday spot. Potions, yellow, lavender, magenta, objects rose, daisy, poppies, crates of soap, ...., barrels of apples, oranges, bananas can all be found.

Trip 6,7,8: After buying a wagon in Medievia during the long road route to Riverton Fiocco was decimated by an evil Red dragon, however recovering the cargo and managing to escape to Riverton in the end. The next trip was also plagued by disaster. The road from Riverton to the Ranger's cabin was even longer and more dangerous and it was only after a tremendous struggle that Fiocco managed to recover his cargo .. which was ambushed by several ogres and wild cats. Visiting an evil castle en route for a break was also NOT restful. The last leg of this epic journey was also plagued with misfortune. After the last rivercrossing before coming near to Medievia a Banelar ambushed the wagon in the grasslands. The evil snake and his cronies including a lizardman then guarded the wagon and fought off Fiocco at every attempt.

Fiocco returned to Medievia and went thence to the labyrinths abandoning his wagon after several failed attempts at rescue. After leveling and practicing more several weeks? had passed and the Banelar and cronies had deserted Fiocco's wagon which was hidden in the void by the life-force that is Medievia itself. Fiocco recovered the wagon which eas actually still at the same physical location and brought it back to Medievia unharmed after a quick journey.

The riches gained from this trip were great ... the price of tar and timber being much above the usual which Fiocco expected. Content with his riches for the moment, Fiocco sold the wagon and headed off to Trilinasti to see what goods may there be purchased.
