Senior Systems Analyst - I was promoted July 1997 and my duties include developing call center flows, maintaining/programming the AT&T Definity G3v4 phone switch, maintaining/programming the Octel Voicemail system as well as maintaining the LAN and WAN lines.

First Tier Helpdesk Technician - I was part of a 4-person team that supported 800+ users on a Novell/Microsoft NT network running mainly Windows 95 on the workstations. My duties include repairing the hardware on the computer systems, installing and troubleshooting software and network issues. I also assist the Novell administrator with Microsoft Email servers and associated gateway servers and serve as administrator in his absence. I am proficient in installing and troubleshooting Windows 95, Windows 3.11, DOS, MS office 95, MS Mail, MS Exchange Client, protocols TCP/IP and IPX and HP LaserJet Printers.

Salesperson - From December 1988 to March 1989 when I became the senior service technician in charge of day-to-day operations and bench repairs. I worked as Quality Control Manager for our 3-store configuration center from September 1991 to April 1992 my duties included setup of hardware and software and testing all units. I then became the Service Manager with four technicians under my supervision and my duties included business planning, maintaining the service contracts, phone support and filling in as a technician.
