Being A Visitor

It is hard visiting a church! However, we want to make it easy! At Rehoboth, you will be greeted with a smile and a handshake, but you will not have to raise your hand, stand up, or otherwise be singled out as a new person. We include a Welcome Card in every bulletin, so you can fill it out…or not. Also, one more thing, dress is casual. So come just as you are! We will just be grateful to have you join us!

The Music

In the worship service, you will see a variety of styles of music. We call our services celebrative. To us that means that they are upbeat and exciting. We have a band that plays for at least part of the service. We sing contemporary as well as traditional worship songs. To make all of this more effective we put the words to all of the songs on a video screen, but, if you need one, a hymnal is still available.

The Message

We believe that the Bible is incredibly relevant to daily life! Because of that, the message presented by our pastor contains a great deal of application. Expect him to use power point and other creative elements to help make his message more understandable and real. At the end of the service, we extend an invitation. Most of the time that includes an invitation for people to come to the front to pray or make some kind of spiritual decision. However, we also encourage people to communicate their spiritual decisions and needs privately through the Welcome Card.
