 Posh Spice Goes Solo Along with the other three girls, Posh Spice has been recording solo with writer James McMillan and producer Gil Sang. Posh has recorded five tracks in a London studio, according to Heat magazine. (Yahoo! News) Updated April 8, 2000 Posh Spice Ready to Launch Own Line of Clothing "Who Does She Think She Is -- Posh Spice or Posh designer?" Yesterday, Posh Spice announced she is ready to launch her own line of clothing. "She would love to be a fashion designer," her friend Brenda Gawen told Vogue's U.K. website. Already owner of a trendy boutique in Waltham Cross, England, Gawen siad she would help Posh design & market the line of clothing. Like the other Spice Girls, Posh is trying to break out of the Spice Girl mold. As Sporty Spice is out touring her debut album and Scary and Baby recording their own songs for soundtracks, Posh has more time on her hands to delve into new projects. Posh recently battled a deranged fan who attempted to kidnap her ten-month old son for $1.64 million ransom. Despite each girls solo careers, they are planning on releasing their third album. "I don't really think that I would go back to the Spice Girls, though you can never say never," she said. When asked what dreams she has left to pursue Emma said that she was really looking forward to having a family... When asked about the press she said, "if you let good press affect you, then you become some big-headed pop star wanker. If you let the bad press affect you, then you become a complete nightmare & lose your head." When asked about Geri she said a lot of people thought it was a bad thing that she'd left but it wasn't & that Geri had to go her seperate way. According to the article, the Spice Girls are losing airplay on MTV & US radio in which Emma commented that she is proud of their music, but she couldn't explain why it's not on MTV.
