360 Flip

A 360 flip as explained by Danny Wainwright (not me).
1. The 360 flip aka trey flip is one of the coolest looking tricks you can do. Unfortunately, while it is not too hard to figure out, it takes a long time to be able to land them consistantly.
2. Foot setup is really important but it is different for everyone. Most people put their front foot in the middle of the board at an angle (45 degrees).
3. Your own personal back foot position will vary but a standard variation is to have your toes around the edge of your tail to help scoop the board.
4. Bend down with your knees and pop the board. Slide your front foot up and out to the side. More importantly, thrust your back foot behind you to really shove the board.
5. Pull your knees high up to let the board spin. The board has a tendency to move away from you so remember to jump forward a bit.
6. Land griptape up and roll away!
