How to Backside Big Spin Flip

Backside Big Spin Flip as explained by Cody Lucas
1. The backside big spin flip or bs big spin flip (or big flip for short) is similar to the bs big spin as its name implies except that the board does a flip as well as a shove-it (so it looks like a 360 flip).
2. Set your feet as if you were doing a bs big spin except with your front heel hanging off (like for a kickflip). It helps to look in front of your board on your toe side to anticipate where the board will end up after flipping/rotating.
3. Wind up/rotate your shoulders before you pop the board. Your back foot needs to scoop/drag the board back around like for a varial flip or 360 flip.
4. Jump up high and pull your legs out of the way.
5. Obviously, you can't plan the timing beforehand exactly but when the board has done the 180 degrees rotation your body should have turned 90 degrees.
6. Land with your feet over the bolts while finishing the rotation if necessary in order to roll away straight.
