Nose Manual

A skater doing a very long nose manual
1. This trick is basicaly the opposite of a manual. Instead of balancing on your rear wheels, you balance on your front wheels.
2. Push off and give yourself some speed.
3. Foot placement is important like in the manual. Put your front foot on the nose and keep your back foot before your back bolts (on the side away from the tail).
4. To initiate the nose manual, don't lean far forward.
5. Instead, bend your back knee. This will help you avoid falling flat on your face which is possible if you do too much leaning.
6. Use your arms to help control your balance.
