Dynasty, straight out of San Diego, and made by Imperial Distribution, is one of the newest and best companies. Dynasty, with great graphics, and some pretty good wood, and a good team (Kien Lieu, Spencer Fujimoto, Satva Leung, Steve Nardone, John "The Man" Reeves, and Dan Connely), you can be sure this company will be around for a while.
First off, the wood itself comes from Watson Laminates, and is very strong. The pop is pretty good and lasts a good while. Also, Dynasty has a nice variety of shapes and sizes. If you haven't figured it out yet, this company is very 'oriental' themed.
Anyway, lets get down to sizes and shapes. Satva Leung's Pro Model is 7.5-31.5. It features a white base, with a Scandinavian flag and also a Chineese one next to it, representin' his heritage. The deck's shape is symmetrical and the concave is not too deep, not too flat, just nice. Spencer Fujimoto's Tiger deck is similar to Leung's pro model, but is a little shorter, 7.5-31.38 vs. Leung's 7.5-31.5. It features a tiger graphic, and a great concave with a 'buttery shape'. If you are looking for something new to ride besides the ole' birdhouse or world industries, check out Dynasty. Its something new, and exciting. You'll be happy you did!
