Varial HeelflipAs explained by Jimmy Astleford (not me) 2. Set your front foot like you're going to do a heelflip and place your backfoot as if you were going to do a frontside shove-it. 3. Pop as if you were doing a frontside shove-it. As the board starts to rotate slide your front foot out to heelflip. 4. For some people, it helps to remember to kick your leg down towards the ground to ensure that the board stays underneath you. 5. Let the board spin under you by keeping your feet high in the air. 6.
