	Em is the sweetest, smartest, most incredibly fantasmical person I know.  She's my bestest friend in the universe.  We met, not surprisingly, through NFTY... That's how I meet all my friends, isn't it?  As she tells me, I was holding PAR bear, our grubby mascot, and I came tearing at her one night, screaming" We've got to get out of here! they're going to take Bear!!" I believe her, of course, because I would never remember anything like that.  So I grabbed her hand, ran outside, and we spent, like, hours, sitting out in the snow, talking. And we never stopped. She's up at college now, meeting guys with strange names like 'Broderick' and 'Misha'.  I have no details, but I figure that I should be concerned for her emotional well-being.         ...
