OVERDOSE OF REALITY
" Overdose of Reality were formed
during the first half of the 90s, as a school band,
named "the Threat". During this
period, some people left, and some others joined the band.
Later, a live recording in about
50 copies was released.
Their first demo tape titled
"Are you nuts?" was recorded during the summer of 1997.
Their music style is a mix of
punk, hardcore, ska, and a little raggae.
These days they play live around
Athens, with the following synthesis:
Harry-Barry: Bass
Aghis: Keyboards
Sotiris: Drums
John: Vocals
Mike: Guitars
by the help of Victoras and Paraskevas
on the saxophone and the trumpet, respectively.
The latest news of the Overdose
of Reality is that John (vocals) has
to join the army, which is unfortunately
compulsory in Greece.
So Aghis will probably take
the vocals, until John comes back.
Also they are looking for people
who are able to play the saxophone and the trumpet
or any similar instrument"
