Two people make up this band. In the song "Hater," Blackheim uses diablo in musica. The devil in music, in other words. He also employs some idiot doing King Diamond stlye vocals but it's stupid because it doesn't fit within the song! "Ravenclaw" begins as a European folksong using some kind of flute and a timpani. The riff is then transferred to guitar and then the distortion kicks in. On "Astray Within the Coffin Mill," someone does a pagan shout as Blackheim executes an awesome riff.
This album is more power metal than black metal though because of the riffing and lack of atmosphere.
