This is my favorite Tori CD!! It is a soothing CD. It has so many deep meanings and it really makes you think. My favorite song is 'Winter', for many different reasons. It makes me cry everytime I hear it, if not outside I am crying on the inside. It's a BEAUTIFUL song about the relationship Tori has with her father. If you think about it , it can represent any relationship. It is just the most gorgeous song I've ever heard.
This CD is where Tori got the title 'Piano Girl'. The Piano playing is elegant, unique and complecated (well for me at least). This is her most docile CD. With deep thinking as usual. Especialy the track "Little Earthquakes" where she proclaims that she'll suffur as long as she can be herself. Which in effect you suffer euther way , if you are who you are and if you are not.
Most people agree that the most touching song on the whole album is 'Me and a Gun'. Were she sings Accaplla (which also means woman) about her own Rape. She has sung it many times for RAINN beifits and she has helped many victims with this song. Includeing people close to me. On behave of everyone- Thanx Tori, you save lives.
