"Banana Demons" was Julia's term for members of the Falling Forward list, due to the list's at-the-time internet domain of banana.demon.co.uk :) It caught on amongst many of the subscribers, and is frequently used to refer to the members as a whole. The list has now changed domains, but the name lives on!
