first washed all the old marks on the head, fine sanded after that, then applied 3 layers of lacquar coating before appling the custom made decal.

more than 20 layers of coating were applied in a week to make sure that the decal won't be damaged in the sanding precess.

close up after sanded and polished, it shines. this project took less than 2 hrs of work time.
