Selected Coursework
Instructional Design
In
the core design courses at IU, I led several team-based instructional design
projects involving multimedia and video production. Most of my instructional
design projects have placed me in the managerial role: coordinating schedules,
assigning responsibilities, and making editing decisions.
Information Design
As
part of my coursework in both IST and Information Science, I designed and
developed databases in Microsoft Access and an electronic performance support
system (EPSS) using Lotus Notes.
Consulting Relationships
In
addition to managing projects, I completed a course with Dr. Tom Schwen in the
consulting process. As part of a team, I completed an entire consulting project
involving a needs analysis, surveys, and design of an intervention with the
client.
