You’re the one I love.
You’re like a beautiful, white dove.
I’ve never known someone so special.
You’re just a perfect jewel
Lost at sea by a beautiful person
No more beautiful than you.
You were washed up on the shore
By the big blue waves of the ocean
Resting quietly in the wet sand,
Waiting to be found
By a lost soul searching
For someone to hang on to.
And when you’re to be found
Your life will alter greatly;
The great white sand
That has kept you warm all of this time
Is not at all what it used to be.
It is not so easy to release from
You will be hurting,
But you will know:
The one who truly loves you
Is not your old companion.
It is me, the one who will keep you in my arms
And tell you stories that will make you smile
You need someone to care for you
As I care for you,
You need to carry your head up high,
As you have taught me in the past few months.
And so I will return the favor
If you will let me help you
Wash all that nasty sand off.

Oh what a chill tonight has been
This night has always been my dream
To walk through the deep, soft white
To see my breath as I try to speak
To shiver in my wits
To lick my cold, chapped lips
To feel my whole body become numb
As my fingers all fall off
My toes, my ears, and my nose too
They all rot and descend
And in a glimpse, to reach your house
In which I will be safe,
Too bad it was too late to save
My fingers, my ears, or even my nose
And what’s a person without those features?
Will I be outcast? No.
For I’m not he only one this winter.

A collector of personas
The more I get
The more I need
The more they expect
I give too much away
It’s not that I want more
Or even need more
I just like the feeling
Of knowing another
But I know only the minimum
And that’s all I came here for
But they all need more
And I’m not the one to give it to them
You see, I have a gift
It’s not for myself
It is all but for myself
It is for all the world
I will make you all know
All of the stories I know
Somehow, some day, I know I will
And if it doesn’t make you happy
I will not cry all of them out
For I will always know I tried.

Some say this world is coming to an end
Others say they do not care
Sometimes you see yourself as nuts
And then it comes to be
You see a stranger pull the trigger
And then it’s you they find
Your blood is quickly filling up the cracks
In your bathroom floor
There’s no time to regret it
No, there’s no time at all
Your spirit’s gone and so is the body
There is nothing to lose
Because there is nothing at all
Your death is near
And there’s no future
You die and you don’t even know it
Never finding out the meaning of it all
And some may think you’re lucky
Not having to witness this odyssey of terror
We’ll all kill each other
No matter how we care
The curses put upon us
Will neither help nor hurt us
We’ll all go very soon
No matter who we are
Down to the valley
And you’ll all try to hide
From Death: My faithful friend
