I heard about Incubus thru (hed)pe at a show they played on Long Island last year. After catching (hed)pe on stage at Industry, I quickly got to see what a cool bunch of guys they were. My friend & I then went with them the next day to see them at Coney I land High in NYC. We spent the day with them & had a blast. They then told us of Incubus. They have been friends with them for some time. When I bought the CD that week, I was so happy to see that one ass kickin' band can recommend another with much respect. Incubus was immediatly put into my cd player next to (hed)pe and has yet to come out of it. I managed to see them play at the OZZFEST this year in NY. Of course I was the chic pinned up against the middle of the railing to make sure I could soak up all the wonderful sights & sounds. I then spoke to them the next day at a signing they did on Long Island. The first thing I said was that I heard of them from (hed)pe. I just wanted to make sure that they knew that their friends are fuckin' cool. So, in respects to (hed)pe, for those of you that like Incubus, check out (hed)pe if you don't know of the . Sue What a nice bunch o' fellas. But it's a shame when I meet people so on-my-level and they just happen to be fameous.

Incubus is one of my favorite bands. Thier live stage presence is awsome. Thier shows are full of a mixure of all types of modern music. I love how Brandon sings so malodic yet the songs can hit hard. I also had the chance to see them play with 311 in a b g venue. This wasn't as cool as seeing them play in a club, but they can still jam in front of a big audience. The crowd at the big show was dumb because out of all the people down front there was only like 5 people who knew who Incubus was.
