The Crowd actually remixed their songs on BEACH BOULEVARD without Posh Boy's permission, producing a classic raw sound.
The first 500 copies came in plain white sleeves that were hand-colored by members of The Crowd and their entourage. The records sold as soon as they were colored, mostly at Zed Records in Long Beach.
