As Bob's drum tech, Dan is responsible for setting up and tearing down the drums for each gig, and changing patches to the electronic kit during the show. Dan is also the official photographer for the band, and most of the pictures on this web site were taken by him.

Rich served as Bob's drum tech, and the stage manager for the band from 1994-1997. He remains a close member of the Calling's Road family, and on his annual visits to Conneaut, the band plays a "crew gig" for him, and the rest of the members of the crew to enjoy.
