History

Basically this webring was started for those that hate the fact they never get shit back from webrings.....
That and I had alot of spare time and was bored off my ass.
I love sites that express them selves through journals, poetry, music and all around bitching. It's great. But I've noticed they don't get as much props as webrings need to give them. Some because they speak their mind to much or too loud. Being a major hazard to alot of rings.

I expect any site as long as it fits the requirements and contains anything from the above. I'm about the only webring that expects bands, as long as their lyrics are meeting my standards, and I don't require band page to put up webring links, unless they are proud enough to say that they are Socially Hazardous.
I am also give awards out to sites with certain qualities.So good luck.
