Justin Jeffre grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and - like Nick and Drew Lachey - attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts. In fact, Justin and Nick performed together in several groups during and after high school, including a barbershop quartet and an oldies cover band. While on break from studying History at the University of Cincinnati, Justin got a call from Nick about a vocal group in L.A. that Jeff Timmons had started. The combination of Nick and Jeff's tenors with Justin's rumbling bass was perfect - now all they needed was a baritone...

his love history: Justin has had bad luck with girls in the past. He has had his heart broken so many times that he's can't even remember which one was the worst. In school, Justin was so shy that he kept most of his feelings inside for girls. One day he wrote a song for the girl of his dreams, this song is still around today and might be on the upcoming album "98 Degrees & Rising"!! "I used to be shy around girls, but I'm more confident now. In the past, I have said 'Do you come here often?' and 'What's a beautiful girl like you doing in a place like this?' Passion is an uncontrollable urge for someone or something. I'm passionate about music, but can go easily wild over a girl."

Justin's the bass of the group and keeps the group cool and calm. He keeps the rest of the groups' heads on straight when things get crazy, but he also like to party and is a party animal. He used to work with Jeff as a security guard and is the best advice giver. Justin also admits that he falls in love very easily.
