Things happen when you play good old rock. Fibber McGhee patrons, and a few newcomers, were partying to the beat of classic numbers like "Roadhouse Blues" and "Locomotive Breath". People dancing on the tables would take a few of our readers back to the days of "Springfield's" in Louise Botha ave, and it seems as though the owners didn't have a problem with having a few new footprints on their tabletops. Johnny, one of the partners at Fibber McGhee, graced the stage with his performance on the Bongos. Judging from the crowd response, his jamming was enjoyed by all present, not only Stage Fright.
