Part 9

“Good news! Melissa and Tiffany will be meeting us at the Fantasyland Hotel in West Edmonton Mall.” Bob announced, walking into the living room in the back of the bus.
“That’s great!” Clint and Scott exclaimed.
Dave turned to Lisa. “You’ll like Melissa and Tiffany. They’re your age, and they’re really nice. Other fans get really jealous of them, because they’re our friends and all, but they don’t mind. They don’t boast about being with us at all.”
“Yeah, and they treat us like regular guys.” Added Clint.

“Kids? We’re here! Welcome to Edmonton!” said Sheila when the tour bus stopped in front of the huge hotel.
“Yeah!” cried Scott and Clint, running out of the bus. Two girls were waiting by the doorway of the hotel lobby.
“Melissa! Tiffany!” Clint and Scott cried.
The two girls ran towards them. “You’re here!” they cried, and to their surprise, Scott grabbed Melissa and gave her a big hug. Clint did the same to Tiffany. When they let go of each other, Bob, Sheila and Frank walked out of the bus.
“Hey Bob!” they said, giving him a hug. They turned to Sheila and Frank and gave them a hug too.
“Where’s Davey boy?” Melissa asked.
Dave and Lisa walked off the bus. “Dave!” Melissa cried, running up to him.
“Hey Missy!” Dave said, smiling.
Melissa turned to Lisa. “I’m Melissa.”
“I’m Lisa.” Lisa said shyly.
“No need to be shy.” Melissa grinned.
Meanwhile, Dave was hugging Tiffany.
“So, where are you guys staying?” Tiffany asked.
“7th floor, room 605, 606, 607 and 608.” Sheila replied.
“Ok. Follow me.” Melissa said, leading the way. Scott hurried to catch up to her. He draped an arm around her shoulder. Melissa liked Scott. They’ve become best friends ever since they met at the autograph session with Tiffany. Clint and Tiffany were equally as close, but they were less daring. Melissa and Scott always seem to be getting in trouble all the time. The last time they were together, they jumped off a hotel window together and crashed into a tree!

~*~*~ In the hotel room… ~*~*~

“So girls, how’s Star Remedy going?” Dave asked Tiffany and Melissa.
They were now sitting on the beds in Lisa’s hotel room.
“Well, there’s only two of us, because no one wants to be in the group, and you can’t exactly sing with only two people.” Melissa sighed.
“Star Remedy?” Lisa asked.
“Star Remedy is the name of our group.” Tiffany said. “I like Star Dust, and Melissa likes Remedy, so we’re now called Star Remedy.” She laughed.
“Well, are you still gonna have your group?” Bob asked.
“I guess not. We don’t have enough people.” Melissa sighed.
“Well, I have someone who can join your group.” Said Dave.
“Who?” Melissa asked.
“Lisa.”
“What?” Lisa asked, shocked.
“Lisa, you’re a great singer, and the three of you will make a great sing/dance group!” Dave said. The other Moffatts nodded.
“But they’re from here, and I’m on tour with you guys.” Lisa gasped. “You’re not leaving me, are you?”
The Moffatts laughed.
“No,” Scott said, “Melissa and Tiffany are coming on tour with us. Same with Samantha, when we get through to her.”
“What?” cried Tiffany and Melissa.
“You’re going on tour with us, your parents knows about it already and they already brought your stuff, and our friend Samantha will be coming with us too.” Said Bob.
“Samantha? Samantha Franklin from our school?” asked Tiffany.
“You know her?” asked Dave.
“We know who she is, but we don’t know her personally. She has blond hair, right?” asked Melissa.
“Yeah.” Said Clint.
There was a knock on the door.
“Come in.” Lisa said.
“Samantha is here!” Sheila and Frank exclaimed, leading the blond into the room. “Oh, Melissa, Tiffany, your stuff is in the room across the hall, in room 609. Scott and Clint’s room is right beside yours.” Said Frank.
“Ok.” Melissa and Tiffany said.
“Hey Samantha!” said Bob, running up to her to give her a hug.
“Hey Bob.” Samantha laughed.
“This is Melissa and Tiffany, and you already know Lisa.” Dave said, draping an arm around Lisa’s shoulders.
“Yeah, nice to meet you.” Samantha said.
“Ok Sam, your room is here with Lisa, ok?” asked Scott.
“Ok.” Samantha replied.
“Kids, I think you should all go to bed now. It’s 2 in the morning.” Said Sheila.
“Ok. Good night.” They all said, and went off into their own rooms.

“Samantha?” asked Lisa when they were lying down on the bed.
“Yes Lisa?” Samantha asked.
“I’m glad that you’re here.”
“Me too.”

“Dave?”
Dave knows that voice. It was Sarah. “Hi Sarah.” He said softly, and opened his eyes.
“Hi Dave. Wow, what a kiss!” Sarah said.
Dave felt himself beginning to blush. “What do you mean?” he asked.
“I see a lot of things.” Sarah grinned.
“Oh.” Dave blushed harder.
Sarah laughed. “Ok. Something BIG is gonna happen between you and Lisa. Well, talk to you later, gotta talk to Ben, this cute other angel.”
“Wait!” Dave cried, but it was too late. Sarah was gone. “Shit.” Dave said.
“Hmm? What Dave?” Scott murmured.
“Nothing.”

Part Ten

“Come on! Let’s try it!” Dave said, looking at the four girls standing on the stage. Samantha was asked to join Star Remedy, and she immediately accepted. They were on a stage....somewhere.... (Sorry, something got deleted here, and I don't remember what!)
“Ok.” Tiffany said.
Dave pressed the button on his stereo. B*Witched’s “C’est La Vie!’ came blaring out.
“You girls are great dancers!” Clint exclaimed he said, giving Tiffany a kiss. Them, and Scott and Melissa started going out.
“Thanks!” they said as the music ended.
“I swear, you guys could make it big!” Scott added.
“Well, maybe.” Samantha said.
“A long time from now.” Added Melissa.
“Whatever you say.” Bob smiled.

“Scott STOP!” Melissa screamed. They were at a beach in California.
Scott hugged Melissa and started to swing her around. Together, they stumbled to the soft sand and laughed.
The 8 of them were at the beach to relax and swim. Tiffany, Clint, Samantha and Bob were swimming in the ocean, and that leaves Dave and Lisa under the umbrella. Dave and Lisa became EXTRA close. They didn’t tell anyone about the kiss, not at all. They were falling in love, but neither of them was willing to admit it. The two of them watched as the others splashed each other. Dave was about to say something when a bucket of water was poured on his head.
“AHH!” Dave screamed.
Bob, who was behind him, started to laugh. Samantha ran up to him and gave him a hug. They’re starting to go out too. Everyone knew that they had a thing for each other, and were happy when Bob and Samantha announced that they’re going out.
Lisa laughed. Then she saw something she couldn’t believe.

Part Eleven

“Oh my god.” She said in disbelief.
“What?” Bob and Dave asked.
“It’s Chris.” Lisa replied.
At that point, the others joined her.
“Chris?” asked Scott.
“My brother.” Lisa replied.
They all fell silent, and started the boy who was walking with his friend. He had dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, like Lisa. Since Chris was a flirt, he started to scope out girls. When he spotted them, he grinned to his friend, and together, they walked towards them.
“Hey babes.” He grinned.
Lisa looked away. Dave immediately grabbed her hand.
“What the hell do you want?” Melissa and Samantha demanded.
Chris flashed a grin at them, and glanced at the only girl who didn’t look at him. His smile faded. “Lisa Ann?” he whispered.
Lisa looked up.
“Oh my god.” He whispered. “You’re alive.”
Chris’ friend looked at him. “Who is she, Chris?”
“She’s my sister.”
“Sister? You only have one!”
“She’s my sister.” Chris said again. He looked at Lisa. “Look at you. You’ve changed a lot.”
“Why do you care?” Demanded Scott. “You and your family were the ones who abandoned her!”
Chris ignored the comment. “Come back home, Lisa Ann.”
“No.” Lisa said. “I’m not coming home.”
“Lisa stop being such a stubborn bitch!” screamed Chris. Chris’ friend, looked at them, and ran away.
“Kyle, get your ass back here!” Chris yelled. Kyle continued to run.
“You see what I’ve been through?” Lisa said to the others.
“Get up!” Chris roughly grabbed her wrist and dragged her up to her feet.
“Let go! You’re hurting me!” Lisa screamed.
Dave and the girls grabbed for her other wrist while Clint, Bob and Scott tackled Chris to the ground.
“RUN LISA!” They screamed.
Lisa, Melissa, Samantha and Tiffany ran back to their home.

Part Twelve

“We have to leave.” Frank said.
“Where should we go?” asked Sheila.
“Let’s go back to Nashville.”
“You will be safe there.” Declared Scott.
“Let’s just hope that they won’t be looking for me.” Lisa said. “Don’t even think about that.”

Dave and Lisa were sitting alone in the house when a special song came on. ‘The Hardest Thing’.
Dave looked at Lisa’s beautiful face. He knows that he loves her. “Lisa?” He asked.
Lisa looked at him. “Yes Dave?”
“I love you.”
Lisa didn’t know what to say. She knows that in her heart, she loves Dave too, so she said, ‘I love you too.”
They leaned over, and kissed, for the second time.

“This is such a nice teen club!” Samantha exclaimed. They were at the local teen club, and it was so crowded that no one noticed that the four Moffatt boys were in there with their dates.
“Yeah, why don’t you four go and sing?” suggested Dave, holding Lisa’s hand.
“Are you serious?” asked Tiffany.
“Yeah! Go for it!” said Clint, giving her a hug.
“Ok!” the girls agreed, and got up on the stage. Little do they know that it was the best move they could ever make…
Singing is their talent, but they never thought that they’d do it professionally. It was just too weird for them.

That night, Dave was interrupted again. “Dave?”
With his eyes closed, he knew who it was. “Hey Sarah.”
“Dave, be there for…”
“I know. Be there for Lisa. She needs me.” Dave said, opening his eyes.
“Exactly.” Sarah smiled. She gave him a kiss on the cheek, and disappeared.

Part Thirteen

“Boys, you’re gonna be on Rosie!” Sheila exclaimed.
“Are you serious?” Cried Clint.
“You will be doing an interview with her.” Added Frank
“That’s great!” exclaimed Scott.
“And, there’s gonna be a surprise for the girls…” said Sheila with a sly smile.

‘HERES ROSIE!”
“Welcome everybody! Today, we have a special treat for you! Here’s THE MOFFATTS!” Rosie clapped her hands. Scott, Clint, Bob and Dave ran onto the stage, wearing matching MOFFATTS leather jackets.
“Hi Boys!” Rosie said.
“Hey Rosie!” They replied.
“So boys, I heard that you all have girlfriends.”
“Yea, we do.” Scott smiled at the girls, who were sitting in the crowd.
“Can you tell us about them? Scott, why don’t you start?”
“Well, my girlfriend’s name is Melissa. She’s really hyper and cute.”
“Melissa! Wave to us!” Rosie called to the crowd.
A bunch of girls got up and started waving.
“There’s a lot of girls out there, why don’t you all bring your girlfriends onto the stage?”
The crowd started to cheer.
“Pick me! Pick me!” the other girls, cried.
Dave, Clint, Bob and Scott grinned, and walked over to where their girlfriends were sitting. Holding their hands, the four of them took their girlfriends to the stage.
The crowd cheered again.
“So, girls, introduce yourselves.” Rosie said after she and the girls shook hands.
“I’m Melissa.”
“I’m Lisa.”
“I’m Tiffany.”
“I’m Samantha.”
“How long have you guys been going out?” asked Rosie.
“A couple of months.” Said Scott.
“Yeah.” The others agreed.
“I heard that you girls have your own group.”
“Yeah, we’re starting one called Star Remedy.” Said Tiffany.
“Is it a dance group?” asked Rosie.
“Yeah, but we do slow songs too.” Said Samantha.
“Could you girls sing a song for us?” asked Rosie.
The crowd cheered.
“Sure!” the girls agreed. “What song should we sing?” asked Melissa.
‘Why don’t you sing ‘One For Sorrow’?” suggested Dave.
“Ok.” The girls agreed.
“Who sings that song?” asked Rosie
“A British group called STEPS.” Said Melissa.

The girls walked onto the dance floor. The music started, and they all started to sing.

“I wanted your love, but look what it’s done to me
All my dreams have come to nothing
Who would have believed?
All the laughter that we shared would be a memory
I cannot count the tears you’ve cost me
If I could have been

And do you ever think of me
And how we used to be?

Oh, I know you’re somewhere else right now
And loving someone else no doubt
Well I’m one for sorrow
Ain’t it too, too bad?
Are you breaking someone else’s heart?
‘Cause you’re taking my love where you are
Well I’m one for sorrow
Ain’t it too, too bad about us?

I wanted your love, but I got uncertainty
I tried so hard to understand you
All the good it did me
Now the places that we knew remind me of how we were
Everything is just the same
But all I feel is hurt

And do you ever think of me
And how we used to be?”

The crowd cheered loudly when the girls finished.
Rosie started to clap. “You girls were great!”
“Thank you!” the girls grinned, and received hugs from their boyfriends.
“Aww…” the crowd cooed.
The nine of them talked for a while, and then…

“Girls, your boyfriends have a big surprise for you. Now, you all in the audience please be quiet. This could be a big excitement for you, but please, SHHH!”
The crowd fell silent.
“Girls, please close your eyes.”
They obeyed and closed their eyes.
After about 2 minutes, they heard Rosie’s voice. “Now, open them!”
The girls opened their eyes and screamed.
In front of them were the 5 living bodies of *N Sync!
“Oh my god!” cried Melissa.
“AHH!” screamed Tiffany and Samantha.
Lisa just sat there, speechless.
“Introduce yourselves, guys!” Rosie said.
“I’m Lance.”
“Hi, I’m Justin.”
“Hey, I’m JC.”
“I’m Chris.”
“I’m Joey.”
“Oh my god.” Melissa whispered.
Melissa, Tiffany and Samantha got up and walked over to them.
Lisa turned to Dave. “Thank you.” She said softly, giving him a hug.
Dave smiled. “Go Lisa. Go talk to them.”
Lisa smiled back, and walked over to her idols.
“Hey! What’s your name?” asked Joey.
“I’m Lisa.” Lisa blushed.
“Aww…don’t be shy.” Chris skipped over to her.
They all laughed.
“You girls will be spending 2 days with them!” Rosie said.
They screamed.
“Well, that’s all folks!” Rosie said, “See you next time!”

“I can’t believe this happening!” cried Melissa. They were sitting in the hotel room they were staying. The members of *N sync were staying in the same hotel.
“That you’d meet us?” asked Lance.
‘Yeah! It’s my dream, after The Moffatts, of course.”
“Of course.” Justin said with a laugh.
“So Lisa, what’s your favorite song?” JC asked.
Lisa smiled. “God must have spent a little more time on you.” Dave laughed.
They all turned to Dave.
“What’s so funny about that song?” asked Samantha, puzzled.
“Nothing.” Lisa and Dave blushed.
“Ok.” They shrugged.
The telephone rang.
Justin, JC, Lance, Joey and Chris all grabbed for their cells.
“It’s mine.” Justin said. “Hello?” he asked into the phone. He paused for a minute. “Look woman, I don’t know who you are, but will you stop pranking me?” he hung up the phone. “I hate those calls.”
“Me too.” Scott agreed. “We’ve got calls like that from some EX Moffatt Fans.”
“You girls should become singers.” Said Lance. “You’re all really good.”
“Really?” asked Lisa.
“Yeah, I bet you, a year from now, you four will be the next big band.” Lance said.
