| The AGMF was established after Andy Gibb's death in 1988 to keep his memory alive by continuing to donate money to charities Andy cared about, in his name. The five charities named recipients of the money raised by the AMGF are: Diabetes Research Institute American Heart Association American Cancer Society National Music Foundation Miami School of Music |

| The AGMF raises money from donations (no matter how small) from the fans of the Bee Gees and Andy Gibb. It also raises money through fundraisers and speical offers and sales through the many Bee Gees fan clubs. | |||||||||||||||||
