On Oct. 26, the crew and I jumped on a greyhound bus to Syracuse. We got to the Landmark theatre pretty soaked but that didn't stop us from enjoying Fiona. The opening band was Hooverphonic. They were pretty good although they only played a half hour set. Fiona came on...
She was so cool. After "Sullen Girl," she sat down on the stage and started talking to the audience. The name of the gossip columnist that she was upset at was Michael Musto. She rambled on about how he had made some rude remarks about her. (Michael Musto writes a column in the Village Voice newspaper in NYC) She also explained to everyone that it was a weird day. Weird feeling she said. It wasn't bad, it was just weird. Fiona was so cool and relaxed thoughout the show. She did her wonderful dancing =) My friends and I enjoyed the show very much. I would love to see her again. It was one on the best shows that I have been to.
