Yes, hype, blah blah blah. Fuck it. It's good. Like, I'm not expert, but I really wouldn't call this 'emo' like a lot of people seem to. It's just melodic punk. 'Pop punk' if you want to ignore all the dirty connotations of the word, but with a fast, melodic hardcore feel to it. Why are bands like Blink 182, the Ataris, and One Dollar Short huge when there's 'pop punk' like this. Goddamn it rocks. This record is fun.
