A love like ours
Only some find their love;
How fortunate the few.
But ones like us surpass them all,
who find a love so true.
So much more I have become,
from what I used to be;
It's caused by you, who came along,
and blindly helped me see.
Now that I've loved you for so long,
in many different ways;
I find for you my love has grown stronger,
through these hardest days.
For these blundered words and thoughts,
my apologies I give.
For I know not the words you say,
to the one who helps you live.
I thank you much for all you've done,
and still persist to do.
I'm far from knowing where I'd be,
if it were not for you.
