Meat Puppets 2.0: Andrew Duplantis, Shandon Sahm, Curt Kirkwood, Kyle Ellison (non-performing members: Derrick Bostrom & Cris Kirkwood)

I can't figure out how to put into words what the Meat Puppets' music means to me, so I'm not going to try right now. Suffice it to say that I love their music, I think they are all awesome musicians and I can't get enough of them. When I see them perform live I go into a kind of trance, it's weird. I'm incredibly happy when I see most live performances, but there is something about the Meat Puppets that leaves me awestruck. Last time, I just stood there, moving to the music, my eyes moving from Curt to Shandon to Andrew to Kyle and back again. After the show, I was so happy, I couldn't stop smiling and humming. *sigh* Isn't it great that something can make you that happy?
